At Mach 2 Tactical, LLC. we'd like to help you resolve a purchase problem as quickly and easily as possible. Provided you meet the terms and conditions listed below, you may make an exchange or return. Please note that not all items are covered by our returns policy. We suggest you read the complete returns policy before you make your purchase.

General Polices

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Mach 2 Tactical, LLC. will replace defective materials and correct shipping errors if notified within 30 days from invoice date.

  • All exchanges and returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Exchanges and credits cannot be processed without one.

  • An RMA must be requested within 30 days of the original invoice date. Thereafter, all sale are final.

  • The returned package must be received within 10 business days of the RMA issue date.

  • All products are sold with their respective manufacture's warranties. Please note that warranty periods and services vary by manufacturer and product.

  • When returning products, we strongly recommend the use of a carrier that can track packages. You also assume responsibility for shipping charges and insuring the returned item.

  • All items must be returned in "as new" condition in the original packaging.

  • Pleases note all returns conditions listed below, as applicable to your return.

  • Items weighing 150 lbs. or more need to be coordinated through our Customer Service Center at (920) 303-1121


Discontinued and Clearance Products

At times, Mach 2 Tactical, LLC. may offer specially priced items that have been discontinued. These items, clearly marked as discontinued, are not eligible for return or exchange.


Requesting A Product Return

You can choose any of these convenient methods:

1. Send you request via email to: return@m2tactical.com. Please include your invoice number.

2. Your may contact our Customer Service Center at (920) 303-1121 from 9AM to 5PM Central Time, Monday through Friday


After Receiving Your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number

1. Write you RMA number legibly on the return label

2. Return the entire package to the address shown on the package you received.



Crediting Your Account

Credit will be issued within two business days of receiving your return. All refunds for credit will be issued to the credit card account that appears on the original invoice. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Please note that your financial institution may take up to 10 additional days from the date we issue the credit to post it your actual account. Questions regarding this should be directed to your financial institution.

Product Replacement

When exchanging an item, you will be sent a replacement item and new tracking number once Mach 2 Tactical, LLC. receives, approves and processes the return item.
